We are clearly getting ever closer to the official introduction of Lenovos next Android tablet, the Tab3 8 Plus. This model first surfaced online last September, belive it or not, but its still not been announced. Yesterday we saw it in a benchmarks database, and today the full spec details for it have been leaked along with a bunch of official press renders for your viewing pleasure.
There will be two Tab3 8 Plus models, one Wi-Fi-only (TB-8703F), the other with 4G LTE mobile data too (TB-8703X). Aside from the connectivity options, the other specs are shared between the two.

Its dimensions are 209.5 x 123.5 x 8.6 mm, and it weighs 320g. Its going to be IP52 certified, which means it will be "dust protected", and vertically dripping water "shall have no harmful effect when the enclosure is tilted at an angle of 15° from its normal position". It will be offered in two color options, silver and blue, both having a special "translucent" finish.
Its unclear when it will be released or how much it will cost, but the source of these images and specs is certain that it will be priced at no more than â¬150 and will be out very soon. Perhaps it will be announced at MWC next month then.
